Teh charges on your statement will read Charge £30 or Paid referral fee, where your statement reads D/D £30.00 this is the amount of the D/D not the charge. Good Luck:)

I have now sent off my letter to FATWEST declining their offer, copied to Cobblers and the Court and along with an up to date list of charges adding interest to todays date, I have stated to them that I will continue to claim 8% interest up until the date they settle my claim or until the court date. Fingers crossed!

Hi All Well I told you about receiving my court date last Thursday for 28th June, well on Saturday morning I received a letter direct from FATWEST offering me £2,600, my claim is for £3,700 + court fees, what a development! Of course I will be declining this, also I have just realised that my original schedule of charges only calculated interest up to October as this is when I sent it off. When I send my letter declining shall I include a updated list of charges adding the interest up to date? Also does anyone know of any templates for declining offers? I am in the same boat, I got my court date this morning for 28th June, seems ages away especially since I started the claim in October!! Reading all these threads Cobbetts will settle before then. We need to hang in there.

Just thought i'd fill you in, got home last night to find notification from the court of my hearing date which is on 28th June. I have to send all my evidence along with a witness statement to the court and to Cobbetts a few weeks before the hearing date. Has anyone got any idea what I write in my statement? The court has asked for it all to be set out in numbered paragraphs, stating the sequence of events in date order. Not to sure what I should write, I know in most cases Cobbetts settle before court but this info needs to be sent a few weeks before. Thanks

I have been posting on Moneysavingexpert since the start of my claim and now someone gave me this link for help, what nice people! Well I started my claim back in October and I am still waiting, I received a order of judgement to reply to Cobbets CRP18 which I did and also attached my own further request for information, much the same as everyone else, I gave them until 23rd March to answer and of course have heard ZILCH!! Can anyone suggest what I do next? Do I write to the court, if so what do I say? Fellow claimaints help!
