  1. Sorry by letter I meant paper claim :o Thanks for your help ill keep you informed! Sorry again for causing any confusion... head's a mess today.
  2. That's great. Which would you consider for me to do letter or online?
  3. I have sent off my Prelim and had my statements and sent off my LBA. Which then I received another letter saying give them 8 weeks bla bla bla after I sent my LBA. I then recieved the letter saying the are declining my complaint. I have not sent anything off since...
  4. Ok, thank you Lisa. Have you got an email or letter I can send for court action..?
  5. I have received a letter from the bank saying they have declined my complaint. The letter was from a guy called Alan Westwater.... ring any bells. Has anyone had this? If so, what do I do next?
  6. Thanks alot for the quick reply, i'll let you know how i get on.
  7. I sent my LBA letter on the 8th of January and recieved a letter from Sandy Watt i did'nt recieve anything in the 14 day period after the LBA other than the one from Sandy saying they were looking into it, after which my brother received his claim in full with no court action and he put his claim in after me so i was tempted to leave it a bit longer to see if i got a reply, i rang the Customer relations number and they just told me the Database was down and they could'nt find the information and that they would ring me as soon as it was backup i know this is probably more delaying tactics but why these tactics does this stop me from going ahead with Court proceeding's if i have left it to long in between the LBA? and do i have to start again if so. Thanks
  8. Well not a miscalculation as such more of a major balls up, hope someone can help, ive sent my LBA and received a reply from Sandy Watt giving me the usual jargon that alot of you seem to have had, and now i'm due to go ahead with all the court proceedings but i have just realised that i have included my Royalties charges in my claim is this going to throw a spanner in the works? , i'm just worried that if i go to court it might get thrown out due to this, hope someone can cheer me up with some good news. Cheers
  9. Can someone help, where do i send my prem request letter, do i send it to the same address as the statement request letter or just to my local branch? Thanks
