  1. Hoorah..... SC&M have sent me a letter offering a settlement below my expectations (Capital Costs plus Court Costs but Exluding 8% Stat Interest) They claim on the original court document submitted via MCOL that i had only put the bank charges figure (£580) and not totaled it with the interst (£170) to make £750 plus & £80 Court Costs = £830 So they have offered me £660. I have phoned Birkenhead County Court and they have told me that although i had only put £580 numerically on the form i did state in writing that i was charging Stat interest in the particulars of claim section. When i phones SC&M to inform then of this thay said that the would have to go back to LLTSB. Where do i stand now and what does anyone think will happen, are there any templates for knocking back an incorrect figure and do you think i will get the full amount back.... Thanks All Mark

  6. Hi All, Just after some help and guidence here, I have closed my Natwest Account some 18 Months back and have moved house since. I have No Statements, No Cards, No Cheque Books or any communications from the bank with my account number on. My Local branch can not locate me on there system, The branch i opened my account with can not locate me either. I have also written to Natwest with my 'Charges Request Letter' explaining the fact that i have no account details and they sent me a letter back saying that without account numbers and sort codes they can not progress my request for 'Subject Access'. Where do i go from here, seems to be a bit of a fob off to me... Thanks, Mark
