  5. you can get all of your hsbc statements for the last six years using online banking!!!!!! it's simple just ring HSBC and ask for an activation code!! saves you quite alot of money and stops HSBC making any more out of us!!!!
  6. HI HSBC have responded to my first letter, saying that they are investigating my overdraft charges and have given me a leaflet!! They say they will be in touch when they have completed this process. do i still send them the letter before action on friday (which is my 14 day deadline) or should i wait for a response from them????? thanks again for the help!!

  15. i got this charge by being over my over draft limit, then transactions were taken out of my account. HSBC said they charged me 25 pounds each time a transaction was made, although when i asked which transactions incurred charges they didn't tell me.
