  1. Hello Guys, Thought I'd tell you about this online survey taking thingie I've been doing. It's for YouGov who undertake online polls for people like Sky News, The Telegraph and other news sources. You register and they email you alerts of when you have a survey to take. Surveys don't take very long to complete and you can earn 50p - £2 on them. This money is automatically credited to your YouGov account so you can easily see it adding up. When you reach £50 they send you a cheque! I received my first one this morning and very nice it is too! So, if you click on the link below, it will tell you more about it and you can register. I get a small bonus too, so it's worth registering and passing it on to friends and family! It's completely genuine and you don't pay any money to the site. The surveys are actually quite interesting! edited please inform yourselves of site rules. Just thought I'd spread the joy :o) Vixen xx
  2. I'm confused now. I'm doing the LBA and it has a section for interest, but I thought I wasn't to mention anything about interest yet? Is the interest different for Overdraft Excess Fee's to other stuff?
  3. Thanks jcd34. Good luck with your claim. How long have you been pursuing it?
  4. Aha, so you could say I am lulling them into a false state of security! Looking back over my statements, there have been times when I have been charged £120 in one day! Crazy! Right, I'm going to get my LBA in the post tomorrow. It's quite scary. Have any of you done to 'gone to court' bit?
  5. Thanks for your reply 121o121. Am I right in thinking that I don't add the 8% interest at this stage?
  6. Eek, just looking through the 2 standard letters I had back from them and I started my claim in June! Hadn't realised it was that far back. Does it matter that in their 2nd letter they stated 'This is our final response', and then they refer me to the FO?
  7. Cillitbanger (GREAT name btw!) Thanks for your response. I'll have a look at the letter now....any other advice? Vixen xx
  8. Hello, I'm new here, and would appreciate your advice! In August I wrote to Lloyds asking for £1060 in charges to be refunded. I received a letter back saying that they wouldn't and an address for the Financial Ombudsman. I wrote to the FO with all the details and since August I've had 3 letters from them saying they are very busy and haven't been able to allocate anyone to my case yet. What I'd like to know is should I continue to wait for them, or can I re-apply following the links in the FAQ section? Thanks guys. This will be my second claim, I got £150 from First Direct a while ago! Vixen
