Hi DX Here is a copy of the poc :- The Claimant,s Claim is for the sum of 494.06 being monies due from the Defendant to the Claimant under a non-regulated Communication,s agreement between the Defendant and Vodafone Limited. under account reference xxxxxxxxx and assigned to the Claimant on 30/08/2013 notice of which has been given to the Defendant. The Defendant failed to maintain the contractual payment under the terms of the agreement and a default notice has been served and not complied with. The claim also includes statutory interest pursuant to section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at a rate of 8.00% per annum (a daily rate of 0.09 from the date of assignment of the agreement to the date of issue (22/01/2014) being an amount of 13.14. Could you tell me how i make a request for CPR 31.14 and who i make it to? Thank You Ian

Hi, Please excuse my ignorance i am sending an S.A.R after receiving an N1 claim form from claimant lowlife portfolio ( lowell:-D) on behalf of Vodafone also mentioned as corespondence address is BW legal. I have never had a vodafone contract but suspect a family member may have used me as a guarantoor without my knowledge :x Who would i send the S.A.R to?? Thank you in advance for any help.
