Hi, used the timeshares consumers association website TCA to find a comapny who was descent to transfer my timeshare to the RCI points system. As you can guess i have paid my £695.00 and never had anything else from them. The company was ABT advantage. HAs anyone got any experience of taking these type of guys through the small claims process? I hate these crooks and would appreciate any help.

HI, WONDER IF ANYONE CAN HELP. I bought some tickets from ebay (person from isle of man) for T in the Park this year at a cost of £1120.00. The person has not responded at all and I was wondering if it is possible to take these people to court or if there is anything I can do other that turn up at theyre door. Ebay and paypal have told me that they cannot do anything for me. PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi there, Halifax have offered me a "token refund" of all charges accumulated since 01.Jan.06. Should I accept this and if not, which letter should I send off next? I believe the refund should be more like £500 for the past 3 years. Thanks folks - will surely make a donation when I get my bola back...
