Thanks for your help. Just one more thing. Does the amount that I calculate include the 8% interest or not. E.g: Amount before 8% x 0.0002 OR Amount after 8% x 0.0002 I think my head is about to explode!!! Sorry for the stupid questions, just wan't to make sure I am doing the right thing:D

I'm sorry for being really stupid - but what daily rate?? I do get that the 8% will continue until it is settled and I have done my schedule - incl. the 8%.

I am in the same position, and I have just posted my LBA. The way I see it is use the step-by-step procedure and you surely can't go wrong. I know what you mean about repeating yourself, but you are just playing the banks at there own game. Good luck. Missy.

Hello all, I have read the FAQ's but for my own peace of mind can someone answer the following: I am about to post my LBA and yet again am enclosing my schedule of charges - without the 8% interest as I am under the impression I do not do this until I put in a court claim in 14 days time. Hi, I had sent my PDR to Barclays expecting them to reject it and I would then send an LBA, but they offered me a part payment.... the usual final and all that. I have been into the library and i'm not too sure where to go next as I have not threatened them with any action so I can't just start court proceedings...... and the letter to accept a part payment but stating that I will pesue the rest refers to an LBA which as I said I have not had to sent. Am I missing something? Missy.
