Hello, well here we are and I've managed to get £1700 just by telephone. My next step is of course to send the letters and chase for more. I appreciate that they paid up when I had only asked for them to look at 6 months. I'd hate to think what the amount is over 6 years!!! Speak to you soon. D

HI - An update.... After a few phone calls... I managed to recieve some refunds over the phone. £245 by phone. £754 by letter after requesting just five months of reviews against my account. Now preparing to send letter to Abbey to request last 6 years reviewed etc. Needed the cash so phoned to ask what they could do immediately and that was the response. Still have "outstanding" charges but will include these in letters from now going forward.

HI new to the forum and will hopefully get my money back. £562 in charges in just one monthly statement.... a further £113 today. Wil read all the user guides before making the first step but did phone them to ask for it back last week. They have written to me so will start to look closely at what to do. Thanks for all the great advice on here. I'll be following it closely.

Hi All new to the forum - great site and information. Will spend the next couple of days putting all the info together to get my money back from Abbey who have chrged me £560 in charges over the last 4 weeks!!!!! This is a great site and I look forwrad to seeking advice where needed.
