once again on day timescale is up received letter from halifax sent lba 14 days ago an they replied today to say sorry havent answered complaint yet but will have reply b 3rd may doi start court proceedings or wait til then. Has anyone else had these letters from halifax?

little help please was due to post 2nd letter asking for refund that morning got a letter from halifax saying fsa gives them 8 weeks to investigate do i ignore them and send letter anyway or do i give them 6 more weeks:confused:

hi all very new to this i have account with rbs and also a loan due to some problems financially not paid loan so rbs have charge bank account over £450 in charges for unpaid direct debit and unauthorised overdraft they are now threatening to take me to court to rcover the loan debt and the bank account debt which is all their charges can i claim them back to clear these from my account? cheers:D
