  2. Hi everyone Just after a little advice. My partner, myself and a few others went on holiday recently. we took 2 cars both registered to me. When we arrived at our destination I did not have any change for the car park. I ran down 5 flights of stairs to the shops below to get some change leaving partner and friends sat in both cars. I had to que for change (had to buy mints cos wouldnt give me change) then went back up to car park where my partner told me the parking attendant had got reallly iirate with him, saying the car he was driving was parked without a ticket and he was g
  3. Have had reply from bailfs stating they have noted my comments but it doesnt change anything. I questioned why they wouldnt accept my offer and they said that their clients guidelines change every day and it was their guidlines that would not accept my offer, crap I say!!!!! I am going to see the council to sort this out. I did find the letter bailifs sent my ex and they accepted £5 a week for a debt of over £900, it had their standing order details on it and I did think about setting up a weekly standing order for £5 and then writing to say what ive done and if they accept these payments t

Ok, I sent my offer of payment £5 week as on maternity leave bailifs write back and said wanted £70 1st payment then £90 per week for 7 weeks, there is no way i can afford that!!!! i have emailed today offering the £5 per week again and have received email saying no wont accept offer under their clients guidelines and that bailf has been appointed and will visit my property. Ihave emailed back asking why wont accept my offer as my ex made exactly the same arangement with them and they accepted. i also stated that i wasnt refusing to pay and that no one would gain entry to my property and th

  8. I need some urgent help please. I wrote to the bailifs last week re my c/tax using the template letter and offering £5 a week as all i can affor (and that will be a struggle). I have today received a reply stating that my proposalof payment is unacceptable and they are prepared to accept payments of £80 by 8/12/07 and then £90 weekly for 7 weeks. There is no way on this earth that i can afford that I am currently on maternity leave and only get £450 per month and £120 per week to live on, my mortgage is £535 month and then obviously bills, i have 2 kids to look after and really struggle. I don
