In my personal opinion,simply use the address that you have,or ring them and ask where they would like you to send it.For me with Nat West the best number has always been 08456041604 option 2 and to speak to someone in person.They will direct you to the right department if need be. Hi Allie !! Like Deller said all is basically the same,but you might get a letter stating that they are ok to charge £12 etc. Just carry on the same and disregard it if you do happen to get the said letter. All the very best Trish

Here we go,another offer letter came through this am. £4000 + short of what the actual claim is,so Thank's but not thank's.Will be ringing the court to find out if they have filed their defence yet.

Once again I could not have done this without the help from this website and the help and support of the Peeps who were always there for me (and you know who u are) And as Deller said,there is now the matter of the "Big" one to sort.The best option would be (obviously ) that they reconsider,scrap coming up with their lame defence and simply pay out!!! Well......... We have won this one!!! Got full and final settlement this morning .......in writing, oh yeah ,oh yeah !!!!! How easy was that after Prelim and within timescale. Cant believe it!!!!! Thank's so much to everybody who helped me:)

Hi Nattie Right,it went like this. I first rang the normal customer services nb.(08456041604 option 2) and spoke to a girl who put me through to customer relations. They were very unhelpful and would not say anything on the matter.So I rang back the same number again and this time got through to a very helpful lady who said yes,I can see that an offer has been logged with regards to this account.She asked if she could ring me back and she sure did,and was able to confirm that yes there is a letter on it's way for the full amount.She then put me on hold,came back and said that she will send out another one just in case and mark the request as a matter of urgency. So in my opinion it always depends on the actual person that u get to speak to and as to how helpful they want to be. Many kind regards Trishx

Well........ Look's like you all may have been right as spoke to Nat West this am and.....he said an offer letter for the full amount is in the post..... I nearly passed out pmsl So my poor poor posty,might have to buy him a drink or two me thinks as the waiting for the mail becomes unbearable lol.
