Help - Application to register a restriction

If your partner owns the house where the ccj is registered they are quite within their rights to register a charge on the property. Until and unless you were not aware of the ccj in which case you might have grounds to apply, to set aside. -
I have a statement showing the fees, do I still need to S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) them, or can I just mention the fees or should I send a copy of the statement showing the fees I am claiming, and ok to claim 8% interest

Back in 2005 I came to an end of a 2 year deal with A & L and switched to another of their product. They added an Early Repayment Charge about 7k. Can this be claimed using Zootscoots standard template. Would I be able to claim interest on it aswell.

BOMBOLINI Some observations: You say you closed the account when you closed the business and its a LTD company. Is the company still trading, or is it dissolved or dormant? If its dissolved you won't be able to do anything.
