  1. Thanks Gary. I have been reading quite a bit on this site but I think I'm trying to do it all too fast. I'll have another look and let it all sink in .
  2. Well, it took nine days for them to send their first letter to say that they would look into my bank charges and tell me how 'sorry' they are. Now I've recieved another letter saying how they charge for extra services and how easy it is to check your balance so you don't go overdrawn etc. etc. So basically they are saying they cannot agree to cancel my charges. Is this normally what happens? I'm starting to get a bit worried now
  3. Hi all, Just signed up today. I'm going to be making a claim against Lloyds TSB for just over £2k. I'm sure that with all the info and support on this site it should work out fine . Cheers.
