Well once upon a time, the big bad bank, realised that loyalty came at a price so it made the people that paid its wages suffer ,so now we fight back. so the story so far ,spoke to customer services asking for back dated statements, had to request them again after a month sorry they said well get that sorted again finally got them on the about 3rd week in december 06. well calculated charges of £820 + intersest sent first letter on the 4/01/07 asking for refund . got reply on the 10/01 saying thank you,looking in to the matter here from us soon. well time went by 15 days on i wrote another letter saying long time to write back ,and little more of you need to pay up or else! sort of. well mean time had that promiced reply back on the 30/01 saying sorry your unhappy unfortunate unable to contact you, bit more dribble then a gesture of good will offering me £215 to reply in 14days envelope included. and bit threatning closure spill. well with recalculating charges i sent a letter today 31/1 ,saying sorry i take part payment payup or see you in court. story so far folks
