  1. Only got round to totting up yesterday. Sent prelim letter for £1184.00 and im gonna fight all the way for it. I am raging in one particular month they charged me £242over the course of three days. I know I should have taken more care of my account at that time, but they just dug me deeper into a hole. Wish me luck.

  3. Just an update for anyone who wants to know. Just Got my statements sent back from Ulster bank yesterday - Gonna tot the charges up tonight. I hope everyone elses cases are going well:D

  6. Hi all I have decided to start my own thread to cover my progress against the ulster bank. Story so far. 2nd Oct - sent data protection letter 13th Oct - recieved letter claiming that myself & wife (joint account) hadnt signed original letter (doh!) - cant believe I have gave them an excuse to stall already. 16 Oct - sent new letter signed by the wife and me. I have already recieved a few pm's with advice & support, anymore would be really appreciated.
  7. I would like to know this also, and hello everyone btw. Sent my data protection letter on 2nd October & recieved letter today stating that I havent signed it (Doh!) and as it is also my wifes account she should sign too. In NI can I not claim over £2000?
