As Far As I Know I Think You Will Need To Claim Separatley And Not Jointly...schedule Means Send A Copy Of The Speadsheet Of Charges Minus The Inclusion Of Interest Initially...can Send To Local Branch Or Canada Sq Address..and Yes They Will Charge U Again In The Future....good Luck

so should i contact the court to delay or send in AQ?

hi i received a letter saying they will settle for the full amount (yes at last!!!!)my AQ needed to be returned by 28 Jan so as you can see they leave it till the last min..take heart u will win they just make ya sweat!!!

yes send copy of schedule to DG ..I did this and it saves them asking for it at a later date.. hope this helps

:idea: Ok guys at last I received a letter to day from DG saying they are paying back charges in full and please sign their little bit of paper etc etc.which i have done by return of post.....Now my question is do i contact the court by phone and say they are going to pay up or wait till i have the money AQ needed to be back by 28 Jan so hasnt been sent back as yet.. I have also now received a further £300 of charges so in order to get this back do i need to go through all this process again or can i just phone stating what has already gone on? i realise they will more than likely close the account but already opened another one so not too bothered

hi everyone hope someone can help , i received and offer from colin at HSBC and the 10 days to accept or decline are up but i havent sent a letter as part acceptance as ive been away so only recently received it..now today i have received AQ from court...what should I now do? have i cocked it all up?

well today 22/12/06 i have received an offer from Hsbc Colin Langdale an offer of £1000..(total claim £1500 incl interest of 8%). sayiing they wont pay back ATM charges from other banks, funny that as i havent claimed any. Also that i had to accept in 10 days. So what now? do i send a letter of no acceptance to Colin langdale at the Canada Sq address or to D&G Solicitors? I have sent a copy of schedule to D&g already.

Statements Off Internet Are Fine..download All Letters From Libary On Site ...hope This Helps...you Will Also Find Spreadsheets Etc For Working Out Charges Plus Interest
