Thanks. You say they "tend" to pay out before the court date... what happens if they don't???

Hi, made online claim for £600, received acknowledgment of service which states Barclays intend to defend all the claim. Now have recieved a copy of a defence which states 10 different points, the first asking us to prove the date of charges which we could, the rest are statements defending the lawfulness of their charges. We have been sent an allocation questionnaire from our court to fill-in. Has anyone had any similar experiences and can advise on next step? Many Thanks.
