hi . i have ccj against me which obviously i had to except, now knowing wat i know ie unfair and unlawful charges i wud`nt have accepted it . it was for capital one credit card. Heatons llp on behalf of capital one.. judgement dated 20-feb-2006.. i forgot this months payment (one week late) awwww naughty boy me .lol had a letter today sayin a "warrant of execution" will be issued against me which will involve a visit to me by a county court bailiff. now 2 months down the line is there ny possible way i can counterclaim knowing wat i know know about their unfair and unlawfull penal
