Why Fee exempt?

So she sent the 3rd letter and there has been no reply at all, the letter stated that she would file a claim if the terms were not met. So it looks like the claim will have to be put through. Am i right in saying this costs around £100? All the best KB

Hi i have sent the 2 letters to no avail. I'm now going to proceed with my claim but am unsure EXACTLY what to put on my N1 claim form? Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

Hi guys.... Im new to the forum and have been mainly browsing. I've taken in the information, made some prints and am in the processes of helping the missus with her letters etc. So she's sent the first letter, the 14 days were stated on there. But she has received a letter saying they will be looking into it, and you may here a reply within 4 weeks! Um, i hope this is correct. Can someone just let me know if this is standard procedure and what's the next stage? Thanks guys.. KB
