Thanks for this link, just rang all the numbers on the link and talked to Charlotte, who said Paul Quinn is dealing with me and that they will be in touch over the next couple of weeks with an offer of the full amount!!! I'll believe it when i have the money in my account, but it's definatly a step in the right direction. Something what she said that worried me was that it would be an offer for the amount of the charges, but what about the interest and court charges? If they don't include these in the offer do I reject and proceed to court as originally planned? Thanks again Karen

Hi I've got my court date for the 4th of July, I've been trying to get through to Krysta Campbell to speak to someone about settling. However it just gos straight to voice mail. I've left several messages but she has not returned my calls. Has anyone else been in this situation? How long did it take for you to get to speak to someone? Does she answer her e-mails? Any advice would be gratefully received. Karen

Hi everyone I'm in the process of claiming back £2000 form Barclays. I've followed all the steps advised by this wonderful site and a few weeks ago go a court date of the 4th of July. I thought Barclays may have settled when they got the notification from the court, but i haven't heard anything. What I would like to know is should I start to prepair for facing some big shot lawer in the small claims court (that scares me very much), if so where can i get my information from? Whether Barclays will turn up? If anyone else has been in this situation and can offer me some advice I'd be really grateful. Thanks Karen. P.s. Barclays offered me £850 in November but i turned it down, that's the last communication I have had with them.

Hello everyone, Barclays have just entered a defence against my claim, I'm going to complete the questionnaire, but I'm really worried that I will have to go to court. I don't feel confident at all about having to do this, could anyone give me advice about the likelyhood of having to go to court, what to expect if I have to go to court, or details of your own experiences of this.
