hi everybody haven't been on for weeks. i sent the letter asking for it back on the 12/12/06 claiming £3218 + £950.86 interest. (£4168.86):o Got a reply on the 29/12/06 from Andrew Nanson Business Manager thanking me for my complaint. (four week fob off letter) Just recived another four week fob off on the 18/01/07 , this time from Marc Winder Head of Complaints.
