HI there I had to file the AQ at the court and still had to wait for 10 days after but then had offer from DG. If you have to return AQ just do it and wait they will offer!!!!

You're not the only one! As stated above I'm now waiting for a date to go to court. I think that the amount of people claiming has obviously created a backlog. Just keep going

Hi Just for info I'm at the same stage,I returned my AQ to the courts yesterday as this was the last day possible, conversation with D&G beforehand produced nil I'm therefore waiting for a date in court.

Hi Just had notice that HSBC has filed a defence against my claim for £750 I have till 15th Jan to complete an allocation questionnaire sent by the court, do I fill in or wait? Many Thanks Phil I went through Small Claims court rather than MCOL don't know if this makes a difference?

Hi Everybody I have gone through all the processes up to Small claims court with HSBC and they have just filed a defence.Looks like a court hearing has anybody gone through this?

Hi Hope you can help, followed all steps and finally issued claim at small claims court, two days later received offer of £502 against claim of £750, phone HSBC and told them it was too late as they had taken 28 days to make offer. Received letter tody saying that HSBC were going to defend case using DG solicitors, do I just wait? Many thanks Phil
