I sent my Dpa on the 21st of may and 2day recieved a response from the legal dept saying that as soon as they have the information they will pass it on. Got a letter today off the customer relations manager offering me £90 in full and final(im claiming £750 +intrest and costs) Then on the acceptence to be signed and sent back it states £60 the sneaky rats.Genuine mistake or [problem]?? I sent my prelim letter to the halifax on the 28th april and have had no response, do i now send a lba? is it normal to be ignored?

I have sent my request for repayment today so fingers crossed.Im expecting a long wait.Its so reassuring to hear of others getting there money. Onward and Upward

Ive just recieved my statements from the halifax all enveloped individualy.35 of them,my postman was overjoyed at this. Ive printed my letter requesting my charges back so fingers crossed.
