So to make sure i have understood. a) they will never trace me off the VRM on the PCN. b) if they do they have looked at the photos taken by the warden. c)having traced me they will issue an NTO d) I refuse the NTO if the VRM is still incorrect e)If the VRM is correct on the NTO i ask to see the PCN it relates to if my understanding of the above is correct the council is in a lose lose situation.

Lamma, the council site only shows pictures of my car (and obviously the registration plate with the correct reg) they have the wrong number connected to the PCN but could look at the pictures to get the correct registration, it is that scenario I am worried about, but as patdavies states they cannot reissue then am I correct in thinking they issued a ticket that is not correct and I have the right to ignore it?

Hi, I recived a PCN that has a wrong registration by 1 digit and the wrong colour, I have been on the issuing council website and had to input the PCN number and the the wrong registration to procede, the web site displayed pictures taken by the attendant of the correct registration. My question is could the council reissue the PCN with the correct registration and would this be enforcable? My worry is they get the correct registration from the photos and hence my address details. Could anybody please advise?

Having successfully recovered bank charges I am on the war path and have noticed a £12 admin charge levied by Great Universal on numerous occasions. Could somebody advise if this is an excessive charge that would fall in the same category as bank charges???

received a letter today, the district Judge has upheld the draft and ordered the defendant to supply all paperwork by the 6th April or the defence will be struck out. i take it this is a win?????

contacted the court today, they have submitted a defence and this will be sent out today. i cannot belive they have got away with the timescale on this.

Tanz, still had no response todate, i have the letter stating they have filed an acknowledgement of service, they were served on the 27/1/07, surley this has gone over the deadline. could i ask for this to be ruled on ?

Wow Barty, them links look pretty complex are they for the N150 form? I was just going to use the simple text that jonni2bad (letter templates) has put for the N149 form. what do you think? would I be ok to print and attach to the form as my handwriting is terrible:o

Contacted the court today as they should have responded by the 9th Feb, the court says they have applied for the extended period but have not yet submitted a defense, they have a couple of days in which to do so, could anybody mentor me through this last critical stage? All help appreciated. By the way I heard a woman on Manchester Key 103 radio the other morning claiming how she had got her charges back but could not remember the name of the website that had helped her, I thought this was appalling and spent half an hour trying to get through to plug CAG. Be assured if I got on radio CAG would be plugged and plugged and again some more, perhaps the MODS should put notices up to Plug the site by all members. It was interesting to read Kazzaw mentioned CAG on BBC watch dog but this was edited out...??? Doesn’t make sense to me. Will etch CAG on my Tomb Stone. HA! LOL
