Did they advise you to take out a loan to repay debts, because banks aren't meant to do that. Bank staff are not qualified finacial advisors and cannot therfore advise you on how to clear your debt, they are only reallt meant to ask if anyone else can 'help' repay the debt etc. So remember they can ask they cant advise. -

Sorry to hear of your trouble with A&L, if it helps ive been in that exact situation before and when i called they dropped a couple of the charges. If I were you though I'd start a claim as soon as you sort out your finances, to try and get all of you money back!! -
Hello all, I have just sarted a claim against A&L i sent the first letter today asking for all transactions and bank charges over the past 6 years. Im really excited about the whole thing, just hope i get my money back. I'll keep you all posted. :p
