  9. hi there Its a long winded and difficult case. But due to loosing my nightshift job(i worked there for 13 years) because i no longer had anyone to watch my children (my partner left and no longer wants access) I was forced to sell the house as i was constantly behind on the mortgage, i had taken 5 months to give up work using friends and family to watch the children while i found a way to sell the property to my mother, No profits were made in the sale on either side. My mother paid over £3000 to the morgage while i was in arrears and brought the house up to rentable standard paying
  10. hi there i got a similar letter from bgas from2007. after many calls and messing around i called consumer direct.they gave me a ref number to contact them if i got the run around again.but what they said is call 08000728632 and say you are lodging a formal complaint against scottish gas,you require coppies of all bills generated for the period.and you need a complaint ref number personally i found them so so helpful the said they would look into it and call me back next week then they phoned half an hour later getting back to me hope this helps
  11. Sorry, also to say, her son is now 15 months old and she is still trying to claim the milk tokens, as far as she has been made aware she is eligble.
  12. Wondering if anyone could help, when my sister fell pregnant she stopped work and was advised that she would be intitled to milk tokens, she filled out the form and sent it off. She received a letter back saying that the details on record differed to details given but didnt say which details. She doesnt know what to do next. Is there anyone she can talk to directly to get this orginised. If anyone can help her, Thank you.
  13. sorry for interupting al thanks all bit of a wobbly moment too much to pay back in one payment. it would be nice if they just disappeared all those people struggling just now,all the desperate families and kids affected by the company . could we all just make a wish or prayer and it vanishes.lol
