  3. wheelbarrow i was thinking more of a dumper truck. maybe it is a silly idea. maybe i hate banks that much that i would cut my nose off to spite my face. mine is a cash business i dont except credit cards or any cheque of anykind. i cant take a tattoo back off of someone if they bounce a cheque. plus i dont think a tattoo should be brought on credit cards either.

  5. at stage 2 with experian 28days was started have had 2 notices of correction now. asked why my mortgage company have 2 defaults listed against me on the same day. but for 2 different amounts. these are the notices Y1 / THE ACCURACY OF THIS DATA HAS BEEN DISPUTED BY THE INDIVIDUAL CONCERNED AND WE HAVE NOW CONTACTED THE SUBSCRIBER. CARE SHOULD THEREFORE BE TAKEN WHEN USING THIS ITEM OF DATA TO ASSESS THE CREDITWORTHINESS OF THE INDIVIDUAL CONCERNED. 11 / DISPUTED BY THE INDIVIDUAL CONCERNED AND WE HAVE NOW CONTACTED THE SUBSCRIBER.   6. i can fully understand your way of thinking and you might be right. might not be worth taking it all out in cash. but how will i get a chequed cashed without having a bank account. i really dont want one anymore. not even a credit union. if i need to pay anything by card i will just load up my payand go credit card as and when needed. maybe more people should do away with banks. then maybe they might believe you when you make threats. banks with no customers aint much of anything anymore. just a debt ridden business. just a shame more people dont have the backbone to stand up to
  7. cheers Slick bit hard to cash a cheque when i dont intend to even bother with any form of bank account. had enough of them. i managed for 5yrs without one before. its more the fact that the bank has told me i cant do it that has got me wanting to do it even more and more. but it wont happen for a while as the house buyer might be pulling out. unless they do something to sort the contract out.
  8. wonder if we are going to have to do this with every CRA though. i haven't checked my equifax one yet, but have checked experian and call credit both had different results. dealing with both of them at present to get unlawful defaults removed. Call credit are a bit slow but they are getting the hang of it. i ask a question they dont reply i send it again i get a response. Experian have amended the linked addresses but im still not happy about this 8yr rule they quoted. so keep at them. experian = abbey = santander.

Hi Dad That was my understanding of it. if they say i cant have my money when i want it, then i can only but see me having to inform the police of theft by a bank. how far it will go would be a surprise. i think there idea of making me take smaller amounts everyday would put me more at risk than one lump sum. i cant wait to see there face when the money hits the account. the manager is so going to be in for a shock.
  11. just seen my local bank manager and asked about closing my account and taking the lot in cash. i dont have the amount of money i asked about yet. could be a good while yet. but if i wanted to how quick could it be sorted. my answer was we cant do that because of security and insurance purposes. if i walked out of the bank and got mugged it would be down the the bank to replace the cash so they claim. i think this is total Bu*****t on there part as they wouldnt want that amount of cash taken out in one go. unless there is a law in this land that can stop me doing this i w
  12. thats what i have based all my questions on. it seems to be working so far. i am getting responses. but it is taking quite a few emails to get it all sorted. call credit will have go to be taken to task i think. they are so bad they should not be allowed to hold anyones information at all.
  13. just had a phone call from the director of the HA. looks like we are getting somewhere now. at least someone i can converse with, without feeling put down and below there level. still waiting to see one of the notices to quit the occupancy of the rented houses.
  14. have noticed that callcredit are one of the worse offenders for removing information from a credit report. i know of 2 defaults that have been removed by two different companies on my credit report at experian. but both are still on my callcredit report. even though i was informed they have be told to remove them by both companies.

Cheers for that. i banged the question back at them about it. think i have another question for them now. how can a mortgage account have two defaults against me. one for the whole amount and one for the monthly payments. i only really have one debt with my mortgage company and that is the full amount. i think it is time to Keep the CRA's on there toes and make sure they are doing there job and check each and every default someone wants to file against someone. that is there job right. so far i have had good results to get files amended to reflect a better judgeme

Just checked my credit file and found this on there in the notice of correction part. what is the CRA trying to imply about me. all because i made request o have linked addresses removed. and made a claim that cabot have failed to supply a CCA to prove they have the powers to collect a debt. heres the correction as i found it.   17. i cant buy nothing i have tried im not paying a mortgage with an 11.59% interest rate from gmac. adverse credit history. they have offered us a home as and when one become avaliable which has to be disabled friendly, they claim they dont have any, so this is holding up the sale of our home, also it is slowing up the process of making my wifes life more comfortable. i beleive they are holding the process up so they can move the people out in the area they need to start the project in. using the powers of a CPO that isn't yet in place.
  18. if you request a credit file from experian or equifax you should see settled on the each account you was paying off. you could then write to the DCA and ask them as you paid in full and never missed a apyment during the term of the agreed payment structure you setup. could they kindly please remove there report as a show of good faith. always worth a try.
  19. has it been a year since the agreement was started by any chance. seem to remember reading they only say an agreement is in place for a year. not for the time it would take to pay it all back. also how much of the debt is charges. hopefully some one with a bit more knowledge will answer this. im just going by what i have read on here and what i have learnt. i might have got some bits wrong. anyone care to comment on this problem.
  20. me im a shared ownership owner whos house is to be smashed up to for the same project. i have been forced into a postition that im having to sell. i dont want to but have no choice. i cant work because of the stress that has been caused im a tattooist and its not right to mark peoples skin if im not giving it 110% of my attention. my wife has lost the best part of movement in her legs due to illness brought on by the stress and worry about wwhat will we do as we cant get a mortgage again. once i sell they will rent back my old house until they can find a disabled friendly house for
  21. you wont get them to stop they dont care about your problems. so get everything moved. move all direct debits and standing orders. the oft cant stop them charging you whilst a test case is on going so we really dont have to much chance. i know it might be a pain moving it all but at least they will be taking there own money not your kids and yours.
  22. it was the way i read it what you posted. i thought you was posting a image of an act posted on a notice. lol will try and see if they will let me scan one to show you. might take a few days. they have put me in such a position im forced to sell our home as wife is now disabled. need to move anyway now. but as i cant get a mortgage now they have to house us. the tenants are just getting pushed around. want them to know from the start im not playing that game with them.
  23. what notice is that MrShed? i have typed up a letter to stop them for now. the PHA are acting like they have the CPO in place they have nothing yet to fight with, just pressure of being the tenants landlord. i have sorted mine out with them almost, but these people have no help what so ever. its about time they was getting some. the PHA are getting away with it because of fear people are scared to stand up and be counted through worry of not being rehomed.
  24. anyone any ideas. can a housing association make you move if you don't want to. so that they can knock down the house you are in when there is nothing wrong with it. without a compulsary purchase order in place. from what i can tell so far from all my reading is no they can't if you was assured shorthold. then a section 21 will do the job. any help please. some of these people only have 2 weeks left so the housing association think. i want to hold there plans up.
