Hi does anyone know how to not get logged on automatically cos I used to sign in whenever I went into the site but my daughter has joined from the same computer & she ticked the "remember me" box & now it goes straight into her name & I can't log on ??????

hi broomhill sorry i don't know the answers to your questions but you've probably sorted them by now but just thought I'd say good luck with the move to Spain I moved to the costa blanca 12 months ago & love it I've been back to england & can't wait to get back here anyway could go on for ages but best of luck with your claim & move

Hi guys, I have sent the SAR letter & the next letter saying I will apply to the courts but today have received a letter saying they have sent allthe statements that they need to as the previous ones are on mircofiche which isn't covered by Data Protection bla bla & if I want more statements I must send £5 for each a/c for each year I don't wont statements as well they know I want a list of all transactions( they they shouldn't charge for by the year) Also I sent 2 postal orders (one for each a/c) with my initial letters(SAR) by recorded delivery I have been to the post office to see if these have been cashed & they said they will send a form to fill out so it will take forever!! We have hardly any charges on the statements that they sent us as I said earlier as we got in such a mess with charges making more d/d's,sto,chqs bounce that we took out a crippling loan so it would stop happening all the herrendous charges are at the beginning of the 6 year period I thought the Spannish were painfull with paperwork ,red tape ,fobbing off the the Abbey are the pits!
