Hello to everyone...another new user here! I am looking at recovering charges from First Direct, however some time ago they stopped me using my account as I had gone overdrawn and was struggling to repay the debt. Of course the charges levied to my account compounded my problem and eventually the debt was passed on to an external agency whom I now have to pay each month...still a struggle but at least the debt is decreasing slowly each month. My question is, am I in a position to recover charges even though the debt has now been passed on externally? If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!
