Advice needed please. Does anybody know how I would go about claiming some money back that has been paid into a french bank account for accomodation there? The company are legal and above board but basically I booked some accomodation for one price and now they are saying that they quoted the wrong price charging more even though I have it written in an email.This after a deposit was sent to them. I have said that I want my money back but so far they have ignored my email. Is there a letter template etc I can send? Many thanks for any advice as this holiday was booked by me for 5 of my friends and I feel terrible that it has come to this especially as it was meant to be my hen do!
