Hi. About 4 years ago, we took out a bank overdraft for around £3,500 and unfortunately became unable to pay it back. we asked the bank to stop the interest but they refused and put a charge on our house. when we sold it this year we had to pay over £8000 to them. can we reclaim any of this? also, when we sold the house, we had to pay an early redemption fee to our mortgage company because we completed about 2 months early. how do we stand with this?
