hi, i am with payplan and lloyds refused to stop the interest for me, so last year i sent them a letter stating i would pay them a token of £1 per month until the interest is stopped, low and behold a week later got a letter stating they would stop it for 6 months and then review it so i replied thanks and i willl review my circumstances in 6 months to see if i can continue paying the amount they requested and have just got it frozen for another 6 months hope this helps

Can i confirm is the correct address 250 euston road or 350 euston road. I sent mine to 250 euston road but on a letter i got from them a while ago at the bottom it says 350. I have tried using the track and trace but it says it has not been delivered yet i sent it on the 10th november so should be sending LBA in 3 days but if they have not recieved it ill have to start again so could someone please clarify which number is correct many thanks

hi, i have just claimed with them but it only took about ten days from receiving statements to getting a full settlement letter the only address is the one you have got which is where i sent all my letters

I have an account with studio and sent my preliminary approach for repayment on the 1st november, had a letter dated the 6th november stating they will refund in full minus £20 that they had already refunded to me how quick is that:p

In the letter i received from them it states ' goodwill gesture will be refunded to account once signed form has been returned stating i will not claim anymore against them' adn the £125 is in full and final settlement thats why im not sure as if i accept i have to sign but then ill be giving away my right to claim anymore

Sent LBA off on saturday 28th October received reply today dated 31st October with partial refund of £125.00 which i would like to accept as its the difference between the £12 and £25 charges. Just a bit dubious about signing the form that says full and final settlement as at the moment i pay all my bills through payplan and they have currently stopped all interest and charges so i think they are being fair as i have saved about £200 in last 18 months with this being stopped any advice???

Hi guys, Sent my LBA on the 28th October and i got a reply today dated the 31st october with a goodwill offer of £125.00 which is the difference between the £25 they charged me and the OFT £12 ruling so you should get one soon

Got a reply from marbles this morning after sending my inital request for payment of £250. Basically saying default charges are charges payable by the customer if they do not make the minimum payment required or go over the limit. It also states that the charges are clearly set out in the HFC'c credit card agreements and they believe there charges are fair and reasonable. Also states that they do not accept the OFT's ruling but have however reduced there charges to £12, regretablly they cant refund me and hope thewy have been of help to me. So now time for LBA to go off hopefully ill get a partial offer with that

Good on you just out of curiosity how much were you claiming i have sent off my initial request and not heard anything from them yet my charges amount to £250 which would greatly help reduce my current balance with them
