  1. Cheers, although there won't be much running to be fair, maybe waiting for the postie would be more productive
  2. Can't be arsed with the court route so think I will take the money and run, cheers.
  3. Natwest have offered £850 through the Financial Ombudsman Service as I used them to claim back my charges for me. I work out the charges to be £931 plus interest which takes it up to £1286ish. My question to you guys is do you think this is just the first offer and if I reject it and say I am entitled to the £931 or even the £1286ish with the interest it will create problems with my account and overdraft etc......
  4. Cheers, got to wait for the 14 days to be up though, roll on 6th November.........
  5. Got the standard ' Thanks but no thanks' letter back from the Brighton branch yesterday. I guess its time to get the Letter before action - Consumer version - asking for it back off to them now then
  6. Sent of the schedule of charges today recoreded delivery after having a huge pile of statements through earlier this month. Nearly £1300 since 2001!
  7. Splendid, looks like I will make a claim then, sorry for sounding like a numpty and again thanks for your help...... Better get my letter off to the data protection guy then.
  8. Don't think there is much point if it is only the charges over my agreed borrowing limit, Probably doesn't amount to much. Thanks for your help though
  9. So any intrest incurred if I go over my agreed limit can be claimed, any charges below it can not be yeah? If I get the list of charges is is easy to spot them. Not sure if I have gone over my over draft so probably not worth making a claim
  10. I have seen something on this web site some where that says I can not claim the charge for my overdraft. Is there 2 charges? One for the over draft and one for the interest and if so can I only claim one or both. thanks. Very confused.......
