hi gary im claiming for 1490 plus costs and interest which makes it 1829 ive sent the bundle (but got no conformation of) to the court and scm,lloyds have not submitted anything except thier basic defense a while back

Hi im in need of a little help,i am claiming back money from lloyds they have paid 750 out of 1500 as a good will gesture i have got a court date in april for the rest,my problem is that i switched accounts some months ago but left the lloyds account open and at its limit,since then they have taken another charge and taken the account over its od limit,i rang to say that i wouldnt be paying the charge but now my overdraft has been removed so the charges will mount up again,any advice would be helpful thanks Mr Pants:-?
