  5. got confused as it is very much the same letter as the previous only as a final warning i see. Should i add into it that i will accept their offer as part payment though i shall be claiming the complete payment.. or just ignore the fact they offered me money and wait for the whole lot in 1 go
  6. i've trawled the faqs, is there a template letter to send out now ? Or do i now have to write my own ? or contact somebody else ? 1 very confused Skuzz
  7. Just had a letter from my bank stating that they are not convinced that my charges were unfair though as a goodwill gesture they would like to offer me £200 odd. My claim was in for around £1200. What do i do from here ?
  8. i believe my only fee like that is the advantage gold fee, which is now £10 used to be £9 and previously £6.. That little lot has already been dropped. Cheers guys.. fingers crossed here then cause thats a happy block of cash.

  12. still waiting for them to send this stuff back. They are quick enough to send our charges
  13. yes it is 1 of them accounts. Well i've sent the first letter off so im just waiting for my charge details to be sent over. Any ideas how long this usually takes ?
  14. well the first step will commence later today. I'll send the letter asking for complete list of charges back as far as 6 years or when i openned the account is most likely as i think it was only abpout 4 - 5 years ago.
  15. well the £38 charges are for going over my overdraft the higher ones were for payments that my credit car tried to take when i was already over the overdraft.. so do i have a case there. ?? If so, i'll dig up the other 5 years worth because im sure there'll be about £1k
