What a month this is turning out to be. All set for money claim then the cock up fairy visits my house and have had to fork out a few bob to get stuff sorted. Won't be able to MCOL til next month. Bugger! Am very p***ed off at the mo.

My LBA has gone off today. I have noticed that the template for the LBA has changed (since I copied and pasted mine and saved it a few weeks ago). What is this about a schedule of charges? Surely the bank has all this info? They have until 27th june.

Update time. LBA delayed a bit been on hols for the last 10 days. Got a reply from Mr Voller offering £750 (of £1800 I asked for back) Am refusing this offer and am sending my LBA. Do I include the 8% apr at this stage?

2 weeks ago Barclays was stuck on £14700. Now it's up to £20k ish. What does that tell you?

People ARE getting their money back from Barclays. The total refunded was stuck at £14700 for a few weeks but this week has gone up to £17045. What does that tell you? Just be prepared to wait them out. I AM>

Just an update. Barclays 14 days is up today. I will send them my LBA tomorrow or friday. Barclays: Doom On You!!

Why is it that some of us have had the statements with no fuss and others have had this letter? They are doing it to **** us about, methinks.

Don't bother with the schedule as they can work them out themselves (they should know already anyway). As I am finding with Barclays they will delay anyway. Be prepared for a long wait and don't give up. Stick to YOUR timetable and follow all the steps as in the library. BTW GOOD LUCK!!
