Hi to all, Just a quick note to thank all involved in this site as there's so much to read through and it's comforting to know that there's a place to turn to about this matter. Like everybody else, I just thought that it must be ok and legal if the banks are doing it. Shame on me. I've all my statements to hand and will shortly be chasing HBOS for £2,700. I've been reading loads over the last few days and will be trying to cram in more over the weekend before sending the Prelim letter some time next week. Thanks again
