I keep receiving messages from a company called MIL asking me to call such and such phone number which then puts me through to a message service asking me to call 01872266120 ref xxxxxx. As we live in a brand new house I believe we have somebody elses old phone number, ie. it's been recycled. So I'm led to believe this company is tracing THEIR debt as the only money i owe is to the bank and I'm up to date (God bless Direct Debit). How do I get shot of them?

Hi, a year after recieving my statements from Lloyds I have finally got my backside into gear and calculated all the charges thay have illegally made against me for the past 6 years. They come to nearly £3K between the 2 accounts I have with them. What do I do now? My branch is the St. Mary's Newcastle Branch. To whom do I address my preliminary letter to and as I have 2 accounts, should I send a letter for each or just the one for both? Thanks, Mark

Hi! I've just signed up after seeing Martin's weekly post. I've also had enough of Lloyds taking my money. I'm about to send the DPA statement request letter but not sure who to send it to. Is it my branch or Lloyds' HQ? Rgds, Guapito1973
