Hmmmm....... sent my letter to : Mr David Lewis, Head of Customer Relations, Level 36, 8 Canada Square, London, E14 5HQ. dated 13 sept..... Recorded delivery shows it being delivered 18 sept.... but had no acknowledgement from them.... Anyone in the same boat?

OK Finally got around to sorting out my prelimiinary letter and about to post (b4 we have another postal strike down here!!) can i ask one question? It seems there is alot of confusion on interest on overdrawn accounts but more so as to whether to include a figure for it in the prelim letter and a schedule of charges. The template letter mentions it so should i include a figure? some peeps on here think not until u tak em possibly to court Regards a confused Plastic Paddy
