Hi all, this is my first post here - I've watched and read from the sidelines since I started to put my claim together and now I'm getting to the "business end" I thought I'd better get some advice and make sure Im doing everything correctly!! The stage Im currently at is this.... *posted my AQ to my local court (3rd Nov 06) *recieved a letter from Sechiari, Clark and Mitchell (9th Nov) with a copy of the defence AQ and a request to acknoweledge safe receipt *10th Nov - Rang S,C&M confirming I'd recieved their AQ and also recieved a letter from my local court - a "general form of Judgement or order" asking for copies of all document Intended for use to be delivered to every other party. I take it this means I have to send S,C & M copies of my spreadsheet etc?? What else would I need to send?? Would the court need seperate copies? Any help would be great..... p.s. im claiming charges - £519.95 8% interest - £227.84 daily rate of interest - £0.11 Cheers , Scut
