Hi, Just wanted to say hello, and that having read as much i as i can asorb, i've sent off my preliminary letter & claim to Lloyds, well 3 atucally, as i've done indivdual claims, on each of mine & my partners accounts. Will wait for the letter tellling me to 'bugger' off, as this seems to be the norm, and will then probably then be back asking for help & words of wisdom ! Nervous but looking forward to it !
