  8. The answer for the banks is quite simple. If the money is not there don't let people have it! and don't charge them just because they asked for it! That would be HELPING but we all know thats not the way they work Mal

  10. It's is also worth dropping your bank a little not saying you have filed with the courts.... Don't put the case number but send it to them registered post also sending a copy to MCOL via snail mail to add to your file...   13. This is just my understanding and I could be completely wrong. I think we need to break up the two different types of interest and call them different things because there is no getting out of the fact it’s confusing Let try it this way Interest due!? ( I.D. ) This is the interest that the courts let you charge on moneys owed, this is the 8%. Nice and easy to work out. Take the date you were charged and workout 8% APR from that date to the date of your claim. Then add it in when you file on moneyclaim Interest charged on your unlawful charges (I.C.Y.U.C.) This on
