I got a quick response asking me to give them 4 weeks, that has now passed and I got another letter asking for another 4 weeks, can anyone please advise? im feeling rather dumb as it has took me this long to find my way to here.

That has passed and got another letter stating another 4 weeks, are they playing games? Should I be thinking of going to the claims court now? I am totally lost.

Hi as you can see im not happy with my bank charges, i am outraged by this. Lloyds TSB charged me £595 in 32 days on a normal account, im not a business or anything like that. I am finding it a little difficult to find my way around the site, where do I find sample letters and spreadsheets to send to the bank. Any advice would be most welcoming. Cheers:-)
