Actually getting started on behalf of my son who was hit with charges yet again after a cheque took too long to clear and was whacked for another £39.00. Unfortunately he has about 90% of his statements missing. Will this be a problem? Also, can anyone tell me how they have been getting on against this bank or success rate. It will probably be in the region of £750 approx for the claim. I'm worried already and the S.A.R. letter was just put in the post today!!! Regards Easy

Hi Mebbees you should also make a charge for the copies as the banks are not slow in asking for a fee for any of my requests for a copy of my statement. :o) Regards Eric
