sorry stansfield i didnt c ur last message ok so i make it about £505.00 on 1 card and £360 on the other card just file the claims for those amounts. these are just late payments and overlimit fees.... dave

so r u saying i can claim for interest charged?? or ony charges for late payments only?? or only part of it?

ok yeah done that i get them to £505.00 they have offered £220.00 most were £25 charges and they are saying they have reduced them to £12.00 so i guess they aint too far out?????? should i take it and run?????? dave

hi guys n gals, advice please....... i sent 1st letter 2 mbnma on 2 c/cards i have with them today recived a letter from them offering amounts refund on both cards, but seems very low to me.......... thye have included all the staements i asked for , but can someone out here tell me what i can claim for seem to be 3 charges coming up every month late charges retail interest charge promotional retail interest charge ??? any help or advice welcome... sure they owe me more than they are offering dave

hi, justa regular acct seem to have regular " dr interest charges on 5th of each month followed by "total charges on the same date also i see a "policy admin charge" on later staements ???? dave
