  1. sorry to hijack, 3 cheers to SSL, what is a court bundle that I keep reading about. I am waiting on Halifax to respond to 2nd LBA, ran out yesterday, my POC and N1 are ready just having lots of trouble with s/s - my pc wants to print out 600 pages which obviously I don't have! Any ideas on printing out s/s and pointers towards a court bundle would be ideal??? Suze;)
  2. Hey Mack Wishing your mum well, hope she recovers quickly. Congrats on your win, good luck with your next battle. I am waiting to hear on my 2nd LBA - could be waiting some time I think. N1 and POC ready to post, just having trouble with printing my s/s, my pc wants to print over 600 pages! I only really want 2 - any ideas? Suze
  3. WELL DONE BIGYETI:D Just out of interest, have they paid out as their 8 week deadline with your claim run out? Suze;)

  6. Hi anyone awake out there that can give me a clue as to how to print out my s/s? Getting ready for the Court Claim in earnest.Suze
  7. Morning Owl! Thinking of you today, keep positive Suze;)
  8. Morning Chopski! Hope you get some answers today - congrats on a partial win -SO FAR! Bet you didn't get much sleep last night wanting the morning to come to sort out the confusion. Suze;)
  9. Morning Tilly Hope you're feeling positive today - you should be cos in less than a month you will be celebrating cos you will have your charges plus interest plus costs refunded. Having read through Cankster's thread, he won his 6 years plus statutory interest but he was going for a refund as well prior to the 6 years. So be positive. You are on countdown:) Suze
  10. Hi Wally Congrats on your win. I have also done a 2nd LBA asking for the charges to be refunded or I will issue a court claim for charges, interest on charges, court interest and costs. My charges are £1,202. As you have WON:D on a 2nd LBA, your advice please. How long did you give them, did you ring them? I see from your thread that they were making you offers, all I've had is the 8 week letter and jsut this week the 4 week letter let you know by 22 June. I should issue my claim next Tuesday. I only have the Leeds fone number, despite writing to Trinity Road! Is there another direct number to call them?
  11. Thanks SSL A Calm you bring over the storm! I am crossing my fingers too Lisa and will carry on until advised otherwise - nothing ventured £1,202 not gained back! Suze;)
  12. Have just been on to cank, what does this mean for all of us??? Don't know what to think now, maybe should just throw in the towel and save paying out the court costs - it'll be £120 saved for us. What do you reckon Lisa? Suze:(
  13. What a dreadful decision for you and everyone. What are your options now? This really is a case of the BIG GUNS sticking together surely, I am gutted for you.... Suze
  14. Good luck tudormikey. Let me know how you get on printing your spreadsheet, I am having trouble and don't know if I need to change my printer settings. Would it be ok to type out the information and use that instead of a proper spreadsheet? Watching your thread, cos I will be filing next week (just need help with the printing of s/s!) Suze;)
  15. Hi Lisa No news - yesterday got the 2nd 4 week wait letter, will respond by 22 June. I sent them a 2nd LBA letter yesterday by RD asking them to refund my charges within 7 days so as not to waste court time. If they forced me to file a claim despite my attempts to settle this matter out of court then I would also be claiming the interest charged on the penalty charges as well as court interest and costs. This was to give me more time (get paid on Friday and my 1st LBA ran out yesterday) and to maybe give them a chance to save time and more money. Can't see it somehow, think the general rule of thumb is that they pay up within 28 days of the court claim these days, but you never know....... It seems forever when there's a chance of some money anyday and the 24 hours seem to last a week. Can't wait for payday. You heard from the court yet? Suze
  16. Morning Tiko Congrats on your win - gives us so much encouragement Suze
  17. Morning Tilly More than enough time, you go get 'em Friday - it's payback time Suze
  18. Morning Lisa Keep your chin up and keep going - we fight to the end~!! Suze
  19. Morning Owl Not long now,,,, the end is in sight - keep looking forward Best Suze
  20. Congrats Danni You give us hope when we start to doubt. Am sending my second LBA today by recorded delivery asking for repayment of my charges of £1,202 in full within 7 days so as not to waste precious court time. If they choose not to, then I have also advised them that I will be claiming the charges plus the interest charged on the charges plus all costs. I am really thinking of them, plus I get paid on Friday and my 1st LBA is up today so give me more time to sort out my court claim too and have the money to do it in person. Well done once again, Suze
  21. Right, have just penned by letter advising them they have 7 days to refund £1,202 in charges as originally asked for otherwise I will be filing a court claim and will be claiming the charges plus interest on the charges plus costs and wouldn't it be better not to waste the court time. Hope this works, only want the charges refunded don't want to go to court but will do next tuesday.... Suze
  22. Hi guys, what stage are you at, have you filed a claim yet? I'm a month into my claim and just doing a 2nd LBA giving them 7 days or else I am filing at court and you are wasting precious court time letter! Hope this may jig em up a bit, will save them and me money after all! Not to mention the stress of all this waiting. Good luck, hope you get settled PDQ! Suze
  23. Hi Sally thanks for this, I'm gonna give it a try as it gives me more time. I have just tried to print off my spreadsheet but am having difficulty in printing off the extra columns showing the interest charged on the charges. Have you got any ideas on what may help, am very new to this spreadsheet milarky! Suze
  24. It's crazy, keep adding them on tilly. I've had the standard response from them "still investigating will get back to you by 22 June"! My LBA is up today and I've got to file now, but not sure whether to do another LBA for 7 days and asking for the overdraft interest on the charges that way it gives me more time as I get paid on friday and so will have the money to file my claim next Tuesday! Then will look forward to some money in July. Ohh Yesssss:D Suze
