I have written to the LL solicitors disputing the debt as there was nothing written.All letters from solicitors not addressed to me personally but to the limited company until i sold the company. i personally think the LL is ****ed off 'cause i sold the business without his consent and he is trying to bully me.The company still trading with new owner, still a legal entity registered with the CH but trying to get my accountant to liquidate the company.
  5. Never signed as a guarantor, never signed a lease, never signed a tenancy agreement. All the landlord is relying on is an implied informal assignment of tenancy agreement from previous owner. Nothing signed. Just took over paying rent from previous owner with a verbal agreement

  9. i recently sold my business. can the commercial landlord hold me personally responsible for unpaid rent of a limited company.   10. Hi, did sent the letter to DG solicitors as advised sometimes last year. The solicitors did write back to me that the default will be removed from credit file. Just got a copy of my credit report and the said default was never removed. Can i issue a claim against them for damages?

  13. hi martin i had my business line transferred to TT.They messed up all my orders,converted my multi line to single line, i complained and asked for my line to be transferred back to BT because the multi line is essential to my business.TT tried to charge me £90 to have the line connected, i refused.BT can't take over the line 'cause TT cancelled my service i've been without a line now 10days.apparently i have to wait for 14 days before BT can activate the line 'cause i need to keep same no. really affecting my income.I run a minicab office.I'll really like to take them to court for loss of ear
  14. i had a 'out of court' settlement with hsbc in 2006 with an agreement to refund my bank charges which they did and to remove default entry on my credit file.I recently got a copy of my credit file and to my surprise the default entry was never removed from my file. I still have the original letter from Dg solicitors what is the best way forward pls

    although my claim has been stayed since last year,lloyds tsb has applied over £200 charges to my account and they are threatening to issue proceedings against me or pass it over to debt collector.are they allowed to do that?
