Sorry, I sent a SAR to Santander and from there sent them the letter (copied from the library) to reclaim the fees to which they have taken from me ( £40 a time per month if i was in arrears ) to which they have replied with the standard terms & conditions of contract, I was wondering if i escalate to the court or just go to the ombudsman thank you

Hi I hope I'm On the right thread ...I sent in the reclaim letter to Santander regarding my arrears fee charges (Mortgage) and they've replied with a standard terms and conditions in contract letter could you please advise as to my next course of action please

If i remember rightly yes it was stayed pending the oft case Andy can i apply again for the charges as the account has not been touched for years ( still get a yearly statement with a minus figure & with no interest added) its in a joint name so could i claim for hubby as i claimed for me before i was given hearing dates but they were postponed until the oft hearing and so stayed until then

I've just realized that i made a claim back in 2007 for unfair charges which was stayed pending the "oft" test case going through my paperwork i've found that it was struck out in feb 2010 could you tell me if i can start the process again to reclaim my unfair fees please

Thank You so much, I think her first op was around 2009, the second a couple of years ago and the referall this year. The original surgeon decided the best course of action and we believed him whereas the new surgeon wants to put in a skin pocket to built the cavity and inflate it because thats what should have been done originally then put in a new implant, i rang the new surgeon and his secretary said he can't do anything for us as it has to go via the trust for funding !!!

My Daughter was born with Polands Syndrome - she has had 2 operations 1) to build a muscle cavity and 2) to place a breast implant within the cavity, after surgery her chest has never been symetrical, and after fighting for a second opinion from another hospital we were told that the implant has completely turned ( teardrop implant) and the Dr was flabbergasted at the way she has been treated, so we had to apply for funding again to put right and replace the implant, 5 months later we have been refused ...can anyone help or advise the next root of action please xx

I lost my mum in march 2013, she died in a nursing home where she has been since a major stroke in 2004. Since registering her death i have had 3 bills from the dwp for overpayment on her pension, pension credit and d.l.a. The 1st two i have paid from her estate, but the d.l.a one i've just recieved is for an overpayment between 01/12/2004 to 05/04/2005, that's 8 years ago, and all of her savings she had left went towards her funeral costs, leaving us a shortfall to pay between us. Can you advise me on the overpayment please, why have they not written before and obviously she has nothing left ...

hi thanks but her hands are fine (smaller one side but she can live with that!) its the surgery! shes now 17 , had an op last year for reconstruction but it didnt work so her consultant wants to do a second oP to make things even looking both sides! she (and us) went to hell and back ,fluncked school, drank, drugs, police but she pulled herself back with the hope of this op so she can look Normal!!

Can Any One Give Me Any Advice On How - Where To Appeal On Funding Or Lack Of Funding For My Daughters Operation!!!! She Was Born With Polands Syndrome And Needs Breast Augementation To Correct This Defect But My Local P.c.t Have Refused To Fund It On Cosmetic Grounds?? hi can anyone help me?? i took out a credit agreement with comet last year and due to circumstances (mostly unlawful bank charges) fell behind, the bank (NATIONWIDE) closed my account and so all my d/ds were cancelled and now the debt has been sold on to Link Financial ltd what was originally a £250.00 debt is now £600. and they are taking me to court for a charge on my property for the debt - can anyone advise me on the best cause of action please - i've read through the templates etc but can find little on this company -can i send for a s.a.r from ge capital? thanks julie -
Hi Sorry I Can't Help But I Was In The Same Position As You I Re-mortgaged With Them And Was Totally Mis Sold ( I Had An Endowment Running Alongside A Repayment) My Payments Started Low Then Within The Year Had Doubled I Didn't Get So Deep As You As I Was Lucky Enough To Find A Good Independant Advisor Who Got Me Another High Street Mortgage But I Had To Pay £7,000 Early Redemption Charge -- So Am Gonna Try And Get These **rstards Back At Some Stage -- They Should Be Stood Up And Shamed Sorry I Couldn't Help But Your Not Alone

honestly i don't know how but i've done extremely well and they could'nt have been any nicer (considering they used to ring me at work and hastle me over payments) my latest letter yesterday was a breakdown of what they had paid me in GOODWILL PAYMENTS and hope i will write to the court to say the claim is settled in full what a result!!!!!!! keep plugging you'll get there honest

My Case Has Now Been Moved To My Local Court And I Have Just Finished Sorting Out The Paperwork Of Figures To Send Of To The Court On The Money Outstanding And Yes Bacon Has Still Put In A Defence Asked For Time To Mediate-wants It Heard In A Different Court But According To My Paperwork It Is A General Form Of Judgement Or Order Before The District Judge Quote:- Upon The Courts Own Motion.the Court Has Made This Order On Its Own Initative Without A Hearing. Does This Mean Behind Closed Doors? Do I Have To Attend?? Can Anyone Advise Please???? Would Be Grateful

Filed My Court Case And Blow It! The Day After I Had A Letter Saying My Account Was £390.00 In Credit???? (strange They Were Going To Default Me???) And Would Post Me A Cheque For The Credit Outstanding --plus A Further £770.00 Goodwill Payment????? Also In The Post But If I Don't Sign The New Agreement Of £12.00 For Future Latepayment/exceeded Limit Fee They Will Take My Card Away From Me!!!! Gutted!!!! Haven't Had A Card For About Three Years Now!! Oh Well Not Bad As I Claimed £868.00 So Far They've Paid Me £590.00 Goodwill + £390.00 Credit On My Account And A Further £770.00 Goodwill

my account was closed last month and i even wrote prior and asked on what grounds and to reply in writing as to the actual reason ( still waiting for response--i'll be waiting a long time!!) so yes i had a fall guy and thanks for your advise
