what if the bank dont turn up do i automatically win or does it get adjourned ?

hi all i have just sent my CMI off yesterday one to the court and one to YB so im just making sure im prepared for court. Do i need a copy of the court bundle or is the CMI and original N1 and SOC sufficient?

im filling in my CMI for leeds 28th and i am having my partner represent me as i am on holiday on that day. the court already advised me this was ok so when asked on the form PARTIES 3. Do you intend to add any further party? do i mention his name here?

i rang the court today they said i can let someone represent me if i cant make it ???? all i have to do is put it in writing

i cant attend my date in leeds 28th june as im due back from a holiday that day. i rang the court and they said to put in writing which i did today and they said it was ok for me to send someone to represent me rather than change the hearing date.

i spoke to the courts today and informed them that i cant attend court until later in the day, i asked if i could send someone to represent me and they said it should be ok but i need to put it in writing so i am sending a letter today, my partner will attend on my behalf.

i have this date but im confused in my letter it says 68 cases maybe dealt with as a group litigation how would they do that ? also i will be returning frm holiday abroad that day so wont be in leeds until around 15.30 and i am due in court at 10.30am i understand i will have to inform the court and they will probably give me another date but i would still like to know how a group lit works ?

my case is heading for mercantile court i dont understand why but there have been 68 cases referred on the same day as mine and i have been told it might be dealt with as a group litigation. im very confused and i need some help please

I rang the court and they informed me that my case had been missed and i should have been allocated with a date for the hearing along with everyone else 6 wks ago, he apologised but said i would now be given a date with the next batch of people which is on 28th june 10.30am, there are 68 people so it will probably be dealt with as a group litigation, The letter i have recieved says that my case has been transferred to case no 7LS40388 at the high court of justice queens bench division leeds. I dont understand how we have all been grouped together, how does this work and how is my case heard who represents me ? im confused, the other problem i have is that im on holiday out of the country that day so cant attend but really dont want to have to wait another 6 wks could someone attend court on my behalf ?

i still havent heard anything from court ie the allocation questionaire should i contact them ?
